About Claudeth
Claudeth Henry built a career that bridges health care and the law. She began in nursing, earned a sequence of clinical credentials, then moved into legal practice. The combination shapes how she approaches cases and clients.
Henry earned a J.D. from the University of Florida in 1992 after completing undergraduate studies in nursing at the same university in 1986. Her academic path started earlier with an A.S. in Nursing from Central Florida Community College in 1979. Those years in clinical training preceded a turn to the law and provide a longer-term practical perspective uncommon among many lawyers.
Shortly after law school, Henry served as a prosecutor in 1992 for the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County. That early courtroom work gave her direct exposure to trial practice and the mechanics of criminal litigation. She handled case preparation, witness work and courtroom procedure at a time when on-the-ground experience often shaped a lawyer’s development more than any textbook.
After moving from public service, Henry founded CJ Henry Law Office, PLLC. She has run that practice from offices in Florida. The firm structure allows her to manage client work directly and maintain continuity from initial intake through resolution. Her legal background includes both governmental and private practice roles, which inform how she evaluates disputes and negotiates outcomes.
Henry’s nursing background remains a visible element of her professional profile. Years spent in clinical settings give her familiarity with medical terminology, records and the workflow of health-care providers. That knowledge can be useful in cases where medical facts intersect with legal claims or defenses. Colleagues and clients often note the practical lens she brings when cases involve technical or medical material.
Her approach in recent years balances litigation readiness with attempts to resolve matters efficiently when appropriate. She handles matters in Florida and draws on experience gained in the courtroom and in private practice. She now concentrates her practice at CJ Henry Law Office, PLLC on representing clients throughout Florida.
