About Christopher W.
Christopher W. Brodie built his legal foundation at Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management in 2002 and a Juris Doctor in 2005. His academic path paired studies of organizational dynamics with three years of law school training, shaping an analytical approach to problem solving.
After law school, Brodie entered the Alabama bar and began practicing in the state. Over the years he has worked in a variety of settings that exposed him to courtroom procedures, transactional work, and client counseling. He has experience managing cases from investigation through resolution, and he has handled matters that required practical negotiation as well as litigation preparedness.
Brodie’s early study of sports management gives him an uncommon vantage point among his peers. That background informs how he assesses contracts, organizational issues and client expectations. He tends to approach problems by identifying practical levers that can reduce risk and move disputes toward resolution. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing a case and clear in communicating next steps to clients.
At Craddock Davis and Krause, LLP, Brodie has continued to develop a broad practice. His work there involves representing clients in state matters and advising on legal questions that arise in day-to-day operations. He is accustomed to coordinating with experts and using document-driven strategies to build a record when facts matter most.
Brodie maintains a courtroom-ready posture while also attending to transactional and counseling work that keeps cases out of court when appropriate. He prepares pleadings, conducts discovery, and argues motions, but he also spends time drafting agreements and advising clients on compliance risks. That mix of skills helps him tailor an approach to each client’s particular circumstances.
Outside the office, Brodie’s background suggests an interest in how organizations operate and how agreements shape behavior. He applies that interest to the cases he handles and to the advice he gives. His practice reflects an emphasis on clear communication, thorough preparation and pragmatic solutions. His current practice focuses on serving clients in Alabama through his work at Craddock Davis and Krause, LLP.
