About Christopher

Christopher Veale earned his law degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2013 after completing undergraduate studies at Providence College in 2009. He came to law school after a four-year liberal arts education that included coursework in the social sciences and humanities. Those formative years shaped how he approaches problems: methodically, and with attention to context and detail.

After law school, Veale built his practice in Massachusetts. He is licensed to practice in the state and handles matters that arise under Massachusetts law. He has experience working inside a law office environment and before clients, applying the procedural and substantive law he learned in law school to real-world disputes and transactions.

Veale practices at Reservitz McCluskey Lawyers, where he is part of a team that serves individuals and organizations in various legal matters. At the firm he’s involved in case preparation, legal research, drafting pleadings and client counseling. He works on cases that require careful fact development and a clear presentation of the law to judges, opposing counsel and clients.

Colleagues describe him as someone who pays attention to the record and to deadlines. He approaches new matters by reviewing prior filings, statutes and regulations, then laying out options for clients in clear terms. His courtroom experience includes appearances in Massachusetts state courts, and he handles negotiations and settlement discussions when those avenues are appropriate.

Outside the courtroom and office, Veale’s prior academic background continues to inform his legal writing and analysis. He draws on the writing and analytical skills from Providence College and the doctrinal training from UMass School of Law to prepare briefs, motions and client advisories. He aims to present legal issues in a way that nonlawyers can understand, while preserving the technical rigor judges and opposing attorneys expect.

Now practicing in Massachusetts at Reservitz McCluskey Lawyers, Christopher Veale represents clients in state matters and handles litigation and advisory work arising under Massachusetts law. His current practice focuses on representing clients in Massachusetts courts and providing legal advice on state-law matters.
