About Christopher N.
Christopher N. Little built his academic foundation across three institutions. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Colorado Mesa University in 2013. He then completed a J.D. at Drake University Law School in 2016. Several years later he returned to graduate study and received an MBA in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 2023.
His early legal work began while he was still in school. In 2013 he worked as a summer associate at Milligan, Rona, Duran & King, LLC. The following year he served as a senior law clerk at Masterson, Bottenberg & Eichorn, LLP. Those roles gave him hands-on exposure to firm practice and courtroom procedures.
In 2016 Little combined public service and teaching. He served as a Policy and Communications Officer for the Iowa Department of Transportation. That same year he taught as an adjunct professor at Drake University. The two positions placed him in different professional settings — one focused on public policy and communications, the other on legal education.
In 2019 he formed CNL Law Office, PLLC and took on the role of managing lawyer. Since then he has overseen the firm’s operations and represented clients in matters brought in Colorado courts and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. His work at the firm has included courtroom appearances and case management across jurisdictions he is licensed in.
Little holds admission to practice in Colorado and to the federal bar of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He is active in local and national bar groups. His memberships include the Colorado Bar Association and the Aurora Bar Association, both since 2019. He belongs to the American Bar Association, the Arapahoe County Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, with several of those memberships beginning in 2020 and continuing to the present.
Colleagues note that his mix of public-sector experience, classroom teaching, and private practice shapes how he approaches legal problems. He has moved between agency work, education and firm leadership while maintaining a practice in Colorado. He continues to serve as managing lawyer at CNL Law Office, PLLC and represents clients in Colorado state and federal courts.
