Christopher J. Vaccaro earned his J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law in 2014 following undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he completed a B.A. in 2011. His legal education came at a time of shifting practice patterns and evolving court procedures, and he began his professional training in that context.
