About Christopher J.

Christopher J. Vaccaro earned his J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law in 2014 following undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he completed a B.A. in 2011. His legal education came at a time of shifting practice patterns and evolving court procedures, and he began his professional training in that context. The classroom and clinic work at CUNY provided a foundation in litigation and client counseling that shaped his early years as an attorney.

After law school, Vaccaro built his practice across state and federal courts in the tri-state area. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and he is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. These admissions allowed him to move between state and federal dockets and to develop practical experience in courtroom procedure and case management. He has applied his training to matters that require attention to both statutory detail and procedural timing.

Vaccaro maintains memberships in several professional organizations. He is active in the Hunterdon County Bar Association and holds memberships in the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. Those affiliations reflect an ongoing engagement with continuing legal education and the peer networks that support practice in two states and the federal system.

His practice is based at Kearns Rotolo Law. At the firm he has worked on cases that traverse state lines and that involve federal court filings in New Jersey. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing filings and steady in court. He brings a straightforward approach to intake and fact development, emphasizing clarity for clients and precision in written work.

Vaccaro’s background — a public law school education followed by admission in multiple jurisdictions — gives him a practical perspective on managing matters across different courts. He balances research and motion practice with attention to client expectations about timing and outcome. That balance guides how he prepares for hearings and negotiates case resolution when appropriate.

He continues to participate in local and state bar activities while handling cases at Kearns Rotolo Law. He currently practices at Kearns Rotolo Law, handling matters in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts.
