About Christopher
Christopher Glinski earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2008. He completed his legal education in Milwaukee, where he developed an interest in criminal law during clinics and courtroom observation. After graduating, he remained in Wisconsin and began navigating the early years of private practice.
In 2010 Glinski opened Glinski Law Office. He established the firm two years after law school and has managed it since. Those early years involved building a client base, handling arraignments, and taking on trials when necessary. The practice grew around criminal defense work and related litigation in Wisconsin courts.
Glinski has maintained ties to the criminal defense bar. He joined the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in 2012 and remains an active member. That membership has kept him connected to continuing legal education and the broader community of defense attorneys in the state. His participation in the association is one thread in a career spent largely inside Wisconsin’s criminal justice system.
Over more than a decade in practice, Glinski has handled a range of matters across the state. He represents individuals at pretrial hearings, plea negotiations, and on contested issues in court. He has experience preparing motions, conducting discovery, and arguing evidentiary matters. Casework at the firm ranges from misdemeanors to felony charges, and his caseload has included both bench and jury trials.
Clients and colleagues describe his courtroom presence as straightforward and prepared. He tends to emphasize factual preparation and procedural detail. That approach shapes the way the office handles investigations, client interviews, and coordination with experts when their input is required.
Outside of court, Glinski oversees the administrative side of his practice. Running a small firm involves staffing decisions, case management systems, and maintaining attorney-client communications. He has navigated those responsibilities while keeping the office focused on litigation and client advocacy in criminal matters.
As of 2026, Glinski continues to practice law in Wisconsin as the owner of Glinski Law Office. His current practice focuses on criminal defense work in state courts across Wisconsin.
