About Christopher
Christopher Gaj earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law after completing a B.A. at the University of South Florida. His academic path combined large public-university settings with a law school known for its practical programs. Those years provided classroom training and opportunities to work on projects that mirrored courtroom routines and client work.
After law school, Gaj moved into practice in Florida. He is admitted to the bar in Florida and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He works as a lawyer at Rubenstein Law, where his day-to-day work includes advising clients, preparing filings and appearing in court when necessary. The federal admission allows him to take on matters that reach beyond state court boundaries.
Outside the office, Gaj maintains several professional and social affiliations. He is a current member of The Florida Bar and the Florida Justice Association. Locally, he belongs to the Clearwater Bar Association. His earlier affiliations include Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, which reflect ties to both his law school and undergraduate communities. Those memberships connect him to colleagues and provide forums for continuing education and peer discussion.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in handling files and practical in court preparation. He focuses on clear case development and careful management of deadlines. He balances client needs with procedural demands, and he prepares evidence and pleadings to meet the rules of the courts where he practices.
Gaj has built a practice rooted in the procedural and substantive requirements of Florida courts and the federal district court that covers much of the state. He handles matters that require familiarity with state statute and federal procedure. He is active in local and statewide professional groups, and he participates in bar-related programming when opportunities arise.
He currently practices at Rubenstein Law, representing clients in matters in Florida and in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
