About Christopher Bruce
Christopher Bruce Bailey moved from an undergraduate study in criminal justice at the University of Central Florida into law school at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. He completed a B.S. in Criminal Justice before earning his J.D., building a practical foundation that informs how he approaches legal matters. He has pursued admission to practice at both the state and federal level.
After law school he established a practice presence in Florida and obtained admission to appear before the Federal Circuit. His admissions enable him to handle matters that arise in state courts and in certain federal forums. He is also active in his local business community and has been a member of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce since 2017.
Bailey serves as an attorney at Hensel, Bailey & Harris, P.A., where he works on a range of legal matters. Colleagues and clients see him regularly in court and in consultations. He aims to bring clarity to the procedural and substantive questions clients face. His training in criminal justice continues to shape the questions he asks and the way he evaluates evidence and procedure.
His practice spans filings and appearances in Florida courts and matters that require admission to the Federal Circuit.
