Christine L. Bartlett built her legal foundation at Indiana University Bloomington. She received a Bachelor of Arts in 2007 and returned to the same campus to complete her J.D. in 2011. Those years in Bloomington shaped her early approach to the law and set the stage for her admission to practice in Indiana and before the Seventh Circuit.
