About Christina
Christina Hanna began her legal path after completing a bachelor’s degree in philosophy at Fairfield University in 2000 and earning her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2003. Law school set the stage for a courtroom career. She left Quinnipiac ready to step into litigation in Connecticut.
She entered practice in 2003 at Berkowitz and Hanna LLC, where she has worked since. Early on she handled a range of civil matters, learning the rhythms of case preparation, motion practice and trial work. Those formative years shaped how she approaches client files and courtroom strategy.
Hanna is admitted to the Connecticut bar and to the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. That combination means she has taken cases in both state and federal forums. Colleagues describe her as someone who values careful preparation before stepping into depositions or a courtroom.
Her professional memberships map to trial and injury work. She holds current memberships in the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Academy of Truck Accident Lawyers, the American Association for Justice and the American Trial Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Stamford Regional Bar Association. Those affiliations provide access to specialized training, case development resources and peer networks that support trial practice.
At Berkowitz and Hanna LLC, Hanna has continued to develop a practice centered on civil litigation. She has handled matters that have required both negotiated settlements and contested hearings. Her docket has included personal injury and motor vehicle matters, and she has been involved in cases that require coordination across state and federal procedures.
Clients and peers see her as steady in court and particular about the details of evidence and procedure. She maintains active membership in professional organizations that serve trial lawyers and those who handle serious-injury and trucking cases. She continues to practice at Berkowitz and Hanna LLC, where her current work focuses on trial litigation, including truck-accident and other serious-injury cases.
