About Christiana
Christiana Mann completed her undergraduate degree at Franklin Pierce College in 1997 and earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University in 2001. She entered the legal profession after law school and built a steady career across New England courts. The academic record set the stage for a practice rooted in litigation and courtroom work.
Her early professional years included a position as an associate at Lynch & Lynch beginning in 2003. She moved to Peter Thompson & Associates in 2009 as an associate and later became a member of that firm in 2012. Those years gave her extended exposure to firm practice, case management and client representation in both state and federal matters.
In 2018 she opened Mann Law and assumed ownership. The firm signaled a transition from partner-level roles to principal counsel and business owner. She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts, and she is admitted to the United States District Court of Massachusetts, allowing her to work on matters in state and federal venues.
Mann participates in a number of professional and community organizations. She serves as Co-Chair of the Maine Women’s Bar Association and holds a board position with the Maine Trial Lawyers Association. She is a board member of the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce and maintains memberships in the American Association for Justice, the Maine Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Those affiliations inform her professional network and community presence.
Her practice concentrates on litigation. She handles disputes that proceed through discovery and toward resolution in court when necessary. Colleagues and clients have relied on her courtroom experience and familiarity with procedural practice across multiple jurisdictions in New England.
She currently leads Mann Law, where she concentrates on civil litigation and trial work.
