About Cheyenne
Cheyenne Pearson enrolled at St. Thomas University School of Law in 2018 and earned her J.D. in 2022. She completed a four-year course of study that took her from the classroom to early courtroom and office experience. Law school shaped the practical side of her training. It also gave her the credentials to begin practicing in Florida.
After completing law school, Pearson moved into private practice in Florida. She is admitted to practice in the state and now serves as a shareholder at Fischetti Law Group. Her role at the firm combines client work with responsibilities that come from being part of the ownership group. That blend of legal and managerial duties is part of her day-to-day work.
At Fischetti Law Group Pearson handles case preparation, legal research and client counseling. She drafts pleadings and motions, manages discovery, and participates in strategy sessions for contested matters. She also meets with clients to explain options and next steps in plain terms. Colleagues describe her as practical in her problem-solving and exacting in document work.
Pearson’s experience is rooted in state practice. She appears in Florida courts on behalf of clients and engages with the procedural and evidentiary issues that arise there. Her work requires a steady attention to deadlines and an ability to adapt to shifting facts and legal developments. She contributes to firm decisions that affect case intake and the handling of ongoing matters.
Outside the daily docket she is involved in the internal workings of the firm. As a shareholder she takes part in planning and governance discussions. That role has her balancing client service with operational priorities. It places her in a position to shape how the firm allocates resources and directs its caseload.
As of 2026 Pearson practices law in Florida as a shareholder of Fischetti Law Group. She currently focuses on representing clients and managing matters at the firm in Florida.
