About Andrew

Andrew Agnini earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida before moving on to the University of Miami School of Law, where he received his J.D. His academic path combined a large public university education with legal training from a long-established law school in Florida.

He began working at Frankl Kominsky Injury Lawyers in 2013. He joined the firm as a lawyer and has practiced there since, building experience handling claims and courtroom matters. Over the years he has taken on casework that ranges from pre-suit negotiations to contested hearings in civil court.

Agnini’s practice centers on personal injury matters. He represents people who say they were harmed in accidents, helping them pursue damages for medical costs, lost wages, and other losses. His day-to-day work includes drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, evaluating medical records and expert reports, and preparing cases for trial when settlement is not reached. He has handled matters at different stages of litigation and worked with medical professionals, investigators and other experts to assemble evidence.

Locally, Agnini is an active member of several professional organizations. He maintains membership in The Florida Bar and participates in the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Justice Association. Those affiliations put him in frequent contact with peers and judges in the county and provide ongoing opportunities to stay current on procedural changes and court practices.

Colleagues describe him as a practitioner who manages the practical tasks that litigation requires and who focuses on the details that shape a case. He balances case preparation and client communication, often coordinating with treating providers and opposing counsel to move matters forward. He handles negotiation efforts as well as litigation tactics, depending on what each case calls for.

Agnini is licensed to practice in Florida and works out of the offices of Frankl Kominsky Injury Lawyers. He continues to represent individuals in personal injury matters and manages both settlement negotiations and contested litigation in Florida courts.

He currently practices personal injury law at Frankl Kominsky Injury Lawyers in Florida.
