About Charles
Charles Rick earned his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans. He later served as an arbitration panelist at Loyola College, an experience that expanded the range of dispute-resolution work he handles. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and holds current membership in a professional association.
Rick began his legal career in 2009 as an associate at Breidenbach Associates Law Office, LLC. The early years were spent learning case management, client counseling and courtroom procedure. He moved to Roland Stock in 2012, continuing in an associate role where he took on more responsibility for case strategy and trial preparation.
In 2013 he co-founded Rick Linn, LLC. Starting his own firm marked a shift from being an associate to shaping firm operations and client intake. As a founding partner he oversaw both the legal work and the administrative tasks that come with launching a practice. That experience laid the groundwork for his later leadership roles.
In 2019 Rick became managing partner at Rick Stock Law. In that role he manages day-to-day operations and supervises other attorneys while continuing to handle matters for clients. His career path has moved steadily from associate positions to firm leadership. That transition brought more responsibility for staffing, budgeting and the business side of running a law firm.
Across his roles, Rick has developed experience on panels and in firm management. Serving as an arbitration panelist gave him direct exposure to alternative dispute resolution. Running firms and serving as a managing partner required him to balance client work with administrative duties.
Colleagues describe him as practical and detail-oriented when discussing case strategy. Clients have encountered him in courtrooms and at settlement tables. He has worked on a variety of matters since his admission to the Pennsylvania bar and remains active in the legal community through membership in a professional association.
He now practices from Rick Stock Law, where he continues to handle client matters and oversee firm operations. His current practice is based in Pennsylvania and concentrates on serving the needs of clients through both advocacy and case management.
