About Charles Paul

Charles Paul Bradley trained in the Midwest. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from Oklahoma State University–Stillwater in 2006. He returned to Kansas for law school and received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2010. While at KU, he completed an Environmental Law Certificate that informed his early professional interests.

After law school, Bradley established a practice in Kansas. He handles matters that touch on environmental regulation, compliance and the administrative processes that accompany those issues. His background in both economics and history informs how he approaches regulatory questions and the practical effects those rules can have on businesses and communities.

Bradley has worked with state-level environmental filings and permitting procedures. He represents clients before state agencies and administrative tribunals, preparing submissions, responding to enforcement inquiries and advising on steps to meet regulatory obligations. He also assists clients in assessing the environmental dimensions of transactions and operational changes.

His legal writing and courtroom time are grounded in procedure and documentary work. Bradley spends substantial time on regulatory research, drafting responses to agency actions and preparing administrative records. He aims to present factual and legal positions clearly so decisionmakers can apply the law to the record.

Peers describe Bradley as methodical. He breaks complex rules into their practical parts and explains options in plain terms. That steadiness has been useful in administrative settings where timelines and technical detail matter. He balances attention to technical requirements with a sense for business timelines and client priorities.

Outside of direct regulatory work, Bradley keeps close to developments in state environmental policy and guidance. He follows agency rulemaking and interprets new directives for affected parties. His training at the University of Kansas and academic grounding in economics give him tools for assessing both compliance costs and policy impacts.

As of 2026, Bradley continues to practice law in Kansas. He concentrates on environmental regulatory matters, administrative proceedings and related compliance counseling.
