Mr. Green earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University in 1985. He then obtained his Master of Business Administration in Public Accountancy from the City University of New York, Bernard Baruch College, in 1989. Following his business education, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, in 1998. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Green worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for several international and local accounting firms in New York and California, providing him with a strong foundation in financial matters.
Mr. Green concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, domestic violence, and complex property division. He represents individuals and families in matters involving marital dissolution, child custody disputes, and financial settlements. Throughout his career, Mr. Green has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years. His extensive experience in family law litigation has equipped him to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
Mr. Green is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Family Law. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program.
