About Charles Chuck
Charles Chuck Sanders built a career that crosses the divide between claims work and courtroom practice. He began his legal path after a liberal arts degree in theatre arts and psychology at Texas A&M University, followed by a paralegal certificate from Rice University in 2007 and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2014. Those stages gave him a mix of practical and academic training that he carried into a variety of roles in the years that followed.
Early in his career Sanders worked as a legal liaison for an orthopedic surgery practice. He moved into administrative legal work and by 2014 was serving as president of legal affairs for Spine and Wellness Centers of America. That role was followed by front-line insurance work. He spent 2015 as a bodily injury adjuster at Allstate and then handled claims counsel duties at Western Litigation in 2016. The experience on the insurance side of cases gave him an inside view of how claims are evaluated and resolved.
Sanders shifted toward plaintiff-side practice in the late 2010s. In 2018 he managed a personal injury docket at Erica Rose Law Office. Two years later he opened Rose Sanders Law Office, where he serves as managing partner and personal injury lawyer. His practice handles cases across Texas and in federal courts, and his credentials include admission in Texas and in the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Professional affiliations make up a steady part of his public profile. He has been a member of the Houston Bar Association since 2018. Beginning in 2020 he joined a number of trial and bar organizations, including the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the National Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, the American Board of Trial Advocacy, the Academy of Truck Accident Lawyers and the National Lawyers Association. Those memberships reflect the practice areas he handles and the professional networks he engages.
In his practice Sanders draws on experience from both sides of personal injury litigation, from adjusting and claims counsel to managing plaintiff dockets and leading a small firm. He has offices operating under the Rose Sanders Law Office name and handles cases in state and federal courts across Texas. He represents people in personal injury matters and concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation in Texas and in the federal district courts that serve the state.
