About Chad
Chad Rollins earned his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2015. He attended law school in Indianapolis and completed the program in the mid-2010s. That period shaped his early approach to practice and introduced him to the legal community in Indiana.
After graduating, Rollins entered the Indiana bar and began practicing in the state. He is a current member of the Indiana State Bar. Early work in his career included handling a variety of matters that gave him courtroom experience as well as familiarity with transactional and regulatory issues. He built on that foundation while representing clients in state-level matters.
Rollins’ career path led him into private practice. He handled civil matters, advising individuals and small businesses. He has experience drafting pleadings, responding to discovery, preparing for hearings, and negotiating settlements. His approach in the courtroom is straightforward. He prepares carefully and presents arguments concisely.
He now practices at Rolllins Law Group. At that firm he continues to represent clients across a range of civil legal issues. Within the office he handles case management, client consultations, and litigation strategy. Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and attentive in client meetings. He maintains professional memberships and participates in bar-related activities tied to the Indiana legal community.
Outside of court, Rollins has focused on refining client services and the operational side of his practice. He has worked to streamline case intake and to keep clients informed through key stages of litigation. He keeps up with developments in state law and routinely applies those updates to the cases he handles. His current practice focuses on civil litigation and related matters in Indiana.
