About Chad Garrett
Chad Garrett Mann earned a B.A. in criminal justice from College of the Ozarks in 2014 and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2017. He combined classroom study with practical experience early on, working in local and regional legal offices while completing his degrees. Those formative years included a blend of prosecution, municipal, and private practice exposure.
His first recorded legal position was as a law clerk in 2013 at the Law Office of Eric Eighmy and the Stone County Prosecutor’s Office. He returned to clerking in 2015 at the Law Office of Hackworth, Ferguson & Thompson, LLC, while also serving as a teaching assistant at William H. Bowen School of Law that same year. In 2016 he took on a senior law clerk role at the Arkansas Municipal League, where he gained experience on municipal legal matters and local government issues.
After law school he moved into associate-level roles in private practice. In 2017 he joined Gibbs, Pool & Turner, P.C. as an associate lawyer. The following year he became an associate at Schreiman, Rackers & Francka, L.L.C. In 2021 he began practicing at The Law Offices of Bryan Musgrave, P.C., where he is listed among the firm’s lawyers. Those positions track a steady progression from clerkships into courtroom and client-facing responsibilities.
Mann is admitted to practice in Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas, and he is admitted to practice before the Eighth Circuit and the United States Tax Court. He holds a Missouri Guardian Ad Litem certification. Professional memberships include The Missouri Bar, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association (since 2021), the American Association for Justice (since 2021), the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers (since 2021), the Cole County Bar Association (since 2018) and the Missouri Bar Association (since 2017).
His background includes municipal law work, prosecutorial support duties and positions in private civil practice. Those experiences inform how he approaches cases and client matters across state and federal forums. He currently practices at The Law Offices of Bryan Musgrave, P.C., handling matters in his admitted jurisdictions and appearing in state and federal tribunals where appropriate, and he continues to serve as a Missouri-certified Guardian Ad Litem in relevant proceedings.
