About Chad

Chad Frost earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans. He arrived at law school after undergraduate studies elsewhere, and he left with a Juris Doctor ready for courtroom work. Those years shaped his understanding of legal procedure and practice in a way that later informed public service.

Early in his career he entered public service. In 2012 he served as an Assistant State Lawyer in the State Lawyer's Office for Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit. That role placed him inside the circuit court system and exposed him to the daily realities of prosecutorial work in a busy jurisdiction. The position required steady case preparation, collaboration with law enforcement and an ability to manage files under court deadlines.

His time in the Ninth Judicial Circuit offered practical courtroom experience. He worked on motions, attended hearings and participated in trials alongside more senior prosecutors. The job gave him an acquaintance with Florida’s procedural rules and the tactical demands of courtroom practice. Those elements remain part of his professional foundation.

Outside the courtroom he has maintained ties to the local legal community. He is a current member of the Orange County Bar Association and holds other professional memberships. He attends bar functions and continuing legal education events that reflect the changes in Florida law and practice. Those activities keep him engaged with the evolving needs of judges, lawyers and clients in the region.

Colleagues describe Frost as someone who learned the mechanics of litigation early and carried that work ethic into subsequent roles. He has balanced trial work with the preparation that goes on behind the scenes: discovery, witness preparation and legal research. The combination of those tasks informs how he evaluates cases and advises clients.

Frost is licensed to practice in Florida and maintains an active presence in the state’s legal community. He works on matters that arise in state court and continues to draw on his experience from the Ninth Judicial Circuit. He currently practices law in Florida, handling matters in state courts.
