About Cassie J.

Cassie J. Carpenter built her legal foundation in the Midwest. She earned a B.S. from the University of Central Missouri in 2005 and completed her J.D. at Washburn University School of Law in 2008. Those early years set the pattern for a practice rooted in regional courts and professional organizations. She continued to base her work in Kansas and Missouri.

Carpenter's professional admissions reflect that regional focus. She has membership in the Kansas Bar beginning in 2008 and in the Missouri State Bar beginning in 2010. Her federal admissions include the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and both the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. She also holds membership in the American Bar Association starting in 2008.

Her practice experience includes a role as an associate lawyer at Gump & Faiella, LLC, beginning in 2010. In that position she served on matters handled by the firm and represented clients in court. The associate role followed her initial bar admissions and was an early step in a practice that spans state and federal forums.

Carpenter has been active in professional groups since the start of her career. She joined the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice in 2010. She has also been involved with the Women’s Law Association of Mid Missouri since 2011. Those memberships sit alongside her continuing ties to the state bars and national associations, reflecting a steady involvement in the communities of practice across the two states.

Her work is grounded in courtroom procedure and advocacy in both state and federal systems. The combination of state bar admissions and federal district court qualifications allows her to appear before judges in Kansas and Missouri. Colleagues and clients encounter a lawyer familiar with local rules and the practical demands of litigation in multiple jurisdictions.

Carpenter maintains offices in Mid-Missouri and in Columbia. Those locations support clients across central Missouri and provide a base for cases filed in nearby federal districts. She continues to represent clients in state and federal courts in Kansas and Missouri, handling litigation matters in those jurisdictions.
