Carrie Felice practices estate planning law at Elder Needs Law, PLLC in Aventura, Florida. Carrie’s career spans over two decades, beginning as a Managing Director in 1996. She transitioned into legal roles, serving as an Admissions Assistant and later as a Student Programs Coordinator. In 2002, she became an Instructor, followed by her position as an Adjunct Instructor in 2004.

She has held various legal positions, including Senior Lawyer and Partner, showcasing her growth and commitment to the field. Most of her practice involves drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. She also guides clients through the probate process and real estate transactions. Cases typically involve working closely with families to ensure their wishes are honored and their assets are protected. Her experience in municipal law adds another layer of expertise. This lets the attorney assist clients with local government matters.

Before joining Elder Needs Law in 2022, she worked in various capacities that enriched her legal knowledge and skills. She actively participates in continuing education to better serve her clients. Carrie is licensed to practice law in Florida and Arkansas, and she is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
