About Carol

Carol Park is a attorney based in Hays, Kansas, specializing in personal injury, criminal law, DUI & DWI, family law, divorce, bankruptcy, and estate planning. She earned her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, obtained in 2002. Since her admission to the Kansas Bar in 2006, Carol has been an active member of the Kansas State Bar and the Kansas Bar Association.

She is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Ellis County Bar Association. Carol co-founded Schwartz & Park, L.L.P. in Hays, where she serves as a partner.
