About Carol
Carol Nemeth Joven is an attorney specializing in complex civil litigation, with a focus on antitrust issues and various business disputes. Her expertise extends to professional malpractice, civil rights, and personal injury cases. With a robust background as a litigator, she has successfully tried numerous cases and argued appeals in both state and federal courts across Indiana. Before joining Price Waicukauski Joven & Catlin, LLC, in 2016, Carol served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General of Indiana. In this role, she represented the state, its agencies, and employees in trial and appellate litigation.
Over her tenure, she handled more than two hundred appeals, demonstrating her experience and commitment to public service. Additionally, Carol gained valuable insights as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge John Baker of the Indiana Court of Appeals, where she developed her legal research and writing skills. Carol has presented at various CLE seminars, focusing on critical topics such as ethics and appeals, further showcasing her commitment to legal education. Carol earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1994 and her B.A. in Economics from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1991.
