About Carlos X
Carlos X Jozsi built his legal foundation at the University of Florida, earning his J.D. in 2015 after earlier undergraduate study at the same university. He entered the legal world in a series of clerk and extern roles while completing law school, gaining hands-on experience in both private firms and the probate court.
During law school and immediately after, Jozsi worked as a law clerk for Steven Sparkman, P.A. and for Walters Levine Klingensmith & Thomison P.A. in 2014. He served as an extern in 2015 for the 8th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in the Probate Division. Those early roles put him inside court procedures and day-to-day office practice, especially on matters that touch estates and probate administration.
After receiving his law degree he joined McLin & Burnsed, P.A. as a lawyer in 2015. That position marked his transition from clerking and extern work into full-time practice. In 2021 he moved to Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace where he continued to handle client matters and litigation tasks. In 2022 he shifted into the financial services sector, taking a role as a Wealth Planning Strategist at Raymond James.
Jozsi is admitted to practice in Florida and has maintained active involvement in local bar activities. He held memberships in the Lake County Bar Association and the Sumter County Bar Association from 2015 through 2021. He has also maintained professional association membership since 2015.
His practice draws on a mix of probate experience and transactional planning. The probate externship and his early firm work exposed him to estate administration and related court procedures. Later roles broadened his exposure to client counseling and planning work, and his current position bridges legal and financial planning concerns. He handles estate planning documents, assists families during probate, and works on coordinated plans that involve both legal instruments and financial strategies.
Colleagues describe Jozsi as methodical in his approach to case preparation and practical when advising clients on next steps. He has moved between law firms and the financial services sector, bringing courtroom and office experience into a planning role. He currently works at Raymond James as a wealth planning strategist, where his practice centers on integrating estate planning and financial planning for clients.
