Carl E. Kadlic is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Kadlic serves as Of Counsel at Helbraun Law Firm, a civil litigation firm located in San Francisco, California. He has been practicing law for over twenty-eight years, representing clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding regions.
Mr. Kadlic earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1997. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University, graduating in 1992. During his time at the University of San Francisco, he developed a strong foundation in civil litigation and professional liability.
Mr. Kadlic concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, professional liability, insurance bad faith, and construction defect cases. He has successfully defended civil litigation actions through trial in both federal and state courts. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings. He has also practiced in the areas of Department of Insurance regulatory compliance and general business litigation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kadlic has handled cases in various courts, including the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Kadlic is an active member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and has participated in its Lawyer Referral & Information Service (LRIS) program since 2011. Through LRIS, he has provided legal assistance to clients in various areas of law, including personal injury and housing law. He is also a member of the California State Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
