Caleb S — Lihn is a attorney specializing in estate planning, probate, and elder law. He is the founder and owner of Lihn Law Group, PLLC, located at 16165 North 83rd Avenue, Suite 120, Peoria, Arizona 85382. The firm focuses on elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, and probate law throughout the Phoenix area. Caleb earned his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Arizona State University. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was selected to write for and edit the school's international law journal, The Transnational Lawyer. After completing his J.D., he returned to Arizona and became a successful litigation attorney at two major civil defense law firms in Phoenix.

Later, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning and Elder Law from Western New England University School of Law. In 2015, Caleb co-founded Thies & Lihn, PLLC, in Phoenix, Arizona. The firm, located at 300 West Clarendon Avenue, Suite 305, Phoenix, Arizona 85013, specializes in estate planning, probate, and elder law. In 2023, he founded Lihn Law Group, PLLC, in Peoria, Arizona, focusing on elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, and probate law throughout the Phoenix area. Caleb is admitted to practice law in Arizona and before the U.S. Supreme Court.

He has been recognized by his peers and was selected to Super Lawyers for 2019 - 2026. He has also earned an AV Preeminent® Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® for excellence in legal ability and ethics. Beyond his practice, Caleb serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Center for Disability Law and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He is also a member of the NAELA Journal Editorial Board and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Caleb has been a two-time past President of the Arizona NAELA State Chapter Board of Directors and a past chair of the Executive Council for the Elder Law, Mental Health. Special Needs Section of the State Bar of Arizona.

He serves on the State Bar of Arizona’s Council for Persons with Disabilities in the Legal Profession and is a member of the Planned Giving Committee at Desert Botanical Garden. Caleb is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Western New England University, College of Law, where he designed and teaches a law school course in Special Needs Trust Administration. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, watching Arizona Cardinals football, hiking, and trying new restaurants.
