About C. Logan
C. Logan Rollins followed a steady academic path that led him from a liberal arts undergraduate degree to the bar. He earned a B.A. from North Greenville University in 2002 and an M.A. from Clemson University in 2004. He completed his legal training at the College of Charleston, receiving his J.D. in 2009.
After law school he entered the South Carolina legal community. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, admitted in 2009, and he gained admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina in 2011. Those admissions allow him to appear in both state and federal forums on behalf of clients.
Rollins practices at The Hawkins Law Office. His work involves filings, hearings and court appearances in the jurisdictions where he is admitted. He handles matters that require navigation of procedural rules in state court and in the federal district. He represents clients in proceedings before judges and clerks, preparing briefs and managing the steps necessary to advance matters through court calendars.
His professional memberships reflect continuous engagement in the local bar and federal court. He has maintained membership in the South Carolina Bar since 2009 and in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina since 2011. Those memberships encompass the administrative and ethical obligations that come with active practice in both arenas.
Colleagues describe him as steady in court and attentive to procedural detail. He blends courtroom work with client-facing tasks: preparing pleadings, meeting with clients, and coordinating discovery and scheduling with opposing counsel. He works from the offices of The Hawkins Law Office and appears where a matter requires state or federal involvement.
Over time his practice has remained concentrated on matters that move through court systems rather than transactional work outside the courthouse. He stays engaged in the everyday mechanics of litigation and court procedure. He currently practices at The Hawkins Law Office, representing clients in state and federal court matters in South Carolina.
