About Byron Mark

Byron Mark Richardson earned his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2001 after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1999. Those academic years framed his entry into the Alabama legal community. He left law school prepared for practice in the state courts where he has built his career.

Richardson began practicing law in Alabama shortly after earning his J.D. He later established Richardson Law Offices, LLC, where he serves as the principal attorney. Over time he has built a solo practice that handles the everyday demands of individual and business clients. He manages intake, court filings, client counseling and courtroom work personally, running a small office that emphasizes direct client contact.

His work has involved appearances in Alabama state courts at various levels. He guides clients through procedural steps, hearings and trials when cases require in-person advocacy. He also prepares pleadings, motions and settlement documents. Clients who seek a single point of contact through the life of a matter often find that structure appealing. Richardson’s practice relies on long-form client relationships rather than brief transactional engagements.

Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in his approach to case resolution. He weighs the costs and benefits of litigation, and he counsels clients about realistic outcomes. That pragmatic posture shows in negotiation strategy as well as courtroom posture. He emphasizes clarity; he prefers to set clear expectations and to keep clients informed about developments in their matters.

Outside of court, Richardson spends much of his time on case preparation and legal research. He drafts litigation plans and prepares witnesses and exhibits for trial. He also conducts client meetings and oversees the administrative side of his firm’s work. The office is structured to respond to time-sensitive demands while maintaining steady attention to detail on longer-term matters.

In the local legal community he is known as a lawyer who handles a broad array of matters for people and businesses in Alabama. He continues to maintain an active solo practice through Richardson Law Offices, LLC, representing clients in state courts and providing direct legal counsel on a range of matters.
