About Bryson D.

Bryson D. Perkins earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University in 1997, then went on to complete his Juris Doctor at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2003. His academic path combined business training with legal studies. It provided a foundation for work that would span courtroom roles and private practice.

Perkins began his legal career as a law clerk in the 4th Judicial District Court of Idaho in 2006. He moved into trial work the following year, serving as a deputy prosecuting lawyer in the Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. That early courtroom experience put him on both sides of case preparation and gave him regular exposure to jury practice and evidence issues.

In 2009 Perkins opened Perkins Law, PLLC as owner and managing lawyer. He later took roles that broadened his technical skills, including a position as a discovery specialist at Falcon Discovery in 2014 and an associate lawyer role at Clawson & Clawson, LLP in 2015. Records show he resumed the title of owner and managing lawyer at Perkins Law, PLLC in 2016. Across those positions he handled litigation support, e-discovery processes and tasks tied to trial readiness.

He is licensed to practice in Idaho and Colorado and has held membership in the Colorado Bar Association since 2015. That affiliation reflects the geographic spread of his work, which has included public-sector prosecution in Idaho and private practice in multiple settings. His resume shows movement between court-side roles and firms that focused on discovery and civil litigation work.

Colleagues and court records indicate Perkins is experienced in the nuts and bolts of trial preparation. He has worked on motion practice, discovery management and case strategy. His background as a prosecutor gave him direct exposure to courtroom procedure, while his time as a discovery specialist brought technical experience in handling electronic evidence and related workflows.

Perkins runs Perkins Law, PLLC from offices in the region and manages the firm’s litigation docket and case intake. He retains responsibilities typical of a small-firm principal: client counseling, litigation planning and oversight of discovery operations. He currently practices at Perkins Law, PLLC, handling litigation, trial preparation and discovery matters.
