About Bryce
Bryce Burnham studied law at the Sandra Day O Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He completed his legal education in Arizona and built his professional life around the state's courts and business community.
After law school Burnham entered private practice in Arizona. He joined Booth Udall Fuller, PLC, where he practices alongside other attorneys handling a range of commercial and intellectual property matters. His work has kept him closely connected to the legal and business environment of the state.
Burnham maintains active involvement in several professional groups. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of Arizona. He also participates in the Arizona Management Society, the Arizona chapter of the BYU Management Society, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Those memberships keep him engaged with peers across law, management and the local professional community.
His practice includes intellectual property matters. He advises clients on trademark and copyright concerns, draft and review licensing arrangements, and handles counseling on trade secret issues. He also assists businesses on the transactional side when intellectual property rights intersect with contracts and corporate governance. He approaches those matters with attention to both legal detail and the underlying business interests.
Burnham is licensed to practice law in Arizona and works from Booth Udall Fuller, PLC. He represents local and regional clients and often coordinates with outside advisors when a matter requires additional technical or jurisdictional expertise. He balances litigation preparedness with efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution when that serves a client's interests.
Outside of firm work he participates in continuing legal education and professional programming offered through the State Bar and the societies to which he belongs. Those activities keep him current on changes in intellectual property law and business practice in Arizona. He currently concentrates his practice on intellectual property and related commercial matters at Booth Udall Fuller, PLC.
