About Bryan
Bryan McCarthy enrolled at Syracuse University College of Law in 2007 and earned his Juris Doctor in 2010. He spent his law school years in Syracuse learning trial technique and legal research. Classwork and clinics there shaped the practical side of his legal training and prepared him for a practice in state courts.
After law school he relocated to Florida and began building a practice rooted in state-level work. He is licensed to practice in Florida and has worked across the region in both transactional and contested matters. Early in his career he joined local legal groups, a step that helped him establish professional contacts in multiple counties and get to know the local court systems.
McCarthy eventually established his own office and serves as partner at the Law Offices of Bryan J. McCarthy. In that role he manages client intake, case strategy and courtroom preparation. He represents clients directly, oversees filings, and handles pretrial motion work and hearings. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in court, preferring to resolve disputes when possible but prepared to try issues when necessary.
He has maintained steady involvement in county bar organizations. He has been a member of the Brevard County Bar Association since 2013 and joined the Orange County Bar Association in 2014. He also holds other professional memberships that date back to 2010 and continues to participate in local bar activities. Those associations have kept him connected to peers and to developments in Florida law.
McCarthy’s practice operates out of the Law Offices of Bryan J. McCarthy in Florida. He handles matters in Florida courts and provides counsel on state-law issues for individuals and small businesses. He continues to maintain a practice focused on representing clients in state court proceedings and related legal matters.
