About Bruce William
Bruce William Tigani has built a long career in the law that stretches back to the early 1980s. He earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1981. The degree set the stage for a practice that would span state lines and a wide range of matters.
After graduating Villanova, Tigani entered private practice. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in Delaware. Over the years he has handled matters in both states, representing clients in courts and advising outside of litigation as circumstances required.
His work has combined courtroom advocacy and transactional counseling. He has been involved in contested matters that required preparation for trial and hearings, and he has counseled clients on contractual and business issues. Those dual responsibilities have shaped how he approaches a case: attention to both legal detail and practical outcomes.
Colleagues and clients have found his approach steady and pragmatic. He tends to emphasize preparation, clear analysis, and straightforward explanations. That style reflects a career built on steady practice rather than public profile. He has not sought the spotlight. Instead he has focused on the work at hand and on resolving the disputes and problems presented by clients.
Tigani kept one foot in litigation and the other in transactional work. That balance allowed him to move between negotiating agreements and preparing for trial when negotiations failed. It also meant he could advise business owners and individuals in a way that accounted for both legal risk and business realities.
Outside of direct client work, he has maintained the professional routines common to experienced practitioners: keeping current with the rules and decisions that affect litigation and business practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and adapting practice strategies as those rules evolve.
Now several decades into his career, Tigani continues to practice law across the two jurisdictions where he is licensed. He currently focuses his practice on civil litigation and business transactions in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
