About Bruce L.

Bruce L. Scheiner earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1970. He completed his legal education during a period of change in American law schools and returned to practice in Florida. The degree anchors a career that has centered on the state where he is licensed to practice.

He went on to found his own law practice and serves as the firm's senior lawyer. Over the years he has built a practice identity under his own name, handling matters from an office based in Florida. That role puts him in charge of case strategy, client intake and the day-to-day direction of the firm.

Membership in the Florida Bar has been a constant throughout his career. He maintains that membership while overseeing the practice and attending to the professional responsibilities that come with it. His work has required attention to court rules, procedural deadlines and the administrative duties of running a small legal practice.

Colleagues and clients have known him as the lead lawyer whose decisions shape the firm's approach to each matter. He has handled client representation and the logistical demands of litigation and negotiation across the state. He also manages the mentoring of more junior lawyers and coordinates outside resources when cases require additional expertise.

Across decades in practice, Scheiner has balanced courtroom work, client counseling and the business side of law practice. He places emphasis on clear communication with clients and on preparing a case thoroughly. He has adapted to changes in court practices and technology while continuing to operate from his Florida office.

As of 2026 he continues to practice under his own name, running the office he founded and serving clients across Florida. His practice focuses on representing clients in Florida.
