Mr. Harbin earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1983. Prior to law school, he completed his Master of Business Administration at Oral Roberts University. His educational background has provided him with a strong foundation in both legal and business principles.
Mr. Harbin's practice areas include business law and real estate law. He represents clients in matters involving corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and related legal issues. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including litigation, negotiations, and contract drafting.
Throughout his career, Mr. Harbin has held several significant positions. He served as the General Counsel for Security Federal Savings and Loan from 1983 to 1985. From 1985 to 1987, he was the Managing Attorney at Stuzin & Camner. He then became the Managing Partner at Harbin & McCarron, where he worked from 1987 until 2016. In 2015, he joined GB Group, North America, d.b.a. Global Bank Group, as Counsel to the President in the Office of Counsel to the President. In 2016, he was appointed Senior Vice President and Acting General Counsel at GB Group, North America, d.b.a. Global Bank.
Mr. Harbin is an active member of the California State Bar. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Trinity Law School since 2000, contributing to the education of future legal professionals. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling him to effectively serve a diverse clientele.
