About Brooke
Brooke Logsdon completed both her undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Cincinnati. She earned a B.A. in 2014 after beginning her studies in 2010, then remained at the university for law school and received her J.D. in 2017. Those years shaped her understanding of Ohio’s legal landscape and established ties to the Cincinnati legal community.
After law school, Logsdon entered private practice and became an active member of her local bar. She has been a member of the Warren County Bar Association since 2017. That membership has kept her connected to regional court rules, local practitioners, and continuing legal education offerings that matter to lawyers in southwest Ohio.
Logsdon is licensed to practice in Ohio. Her work is based in a small law office setting. That environment has given her frequent courtroom exposure and regular client contact. She has handled filings, hearings, and procedural work in the state’s trial courts and has worked on matters that require attention to procedural detail and court deadlines.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in managing casework and clear in written filings. She approaches litigation with steady preparation and an eye for the practical steps needed to advance a client’s position. She has developed experience in tasks that include legal research, drafting motions, and preparing clients for hearings. Those routine tasks form the backbone of her daily practice.
Logsdon’s routine also includes participation in the local bar’s programs and events. Through those activities she stays current on rule changes and local practice trends. She has built working relationships with judges, court staff, and fellow lawyers in Warren County and the surrounding area.
She practices at The Law Offices of W. Scott Russell. Her work there involves representing clients in matters that proceed in Ohio courts and addressing the procedural and substantive needs those matters present.
She currently practices at The Law Offices of W. Scott Russell and handles cases in Ohio courts.
