About Brody
Brody McClure grew up in Dallas and attended Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas before heading to the University of Denver. He earned a B.A. in International Business and later completed his legal education at Brooklyn Law School. Those academic years combined business training and law study. They shaped how he approaches client issues and legal reasoning.
After law school McClure entered practice in Texas. He joined McClure Law Group as a lawyer in 2023. His listing shows membership in the State Bar of Texas and admission to practice in that jurisdiction. Early in his career he has balanced courtroom preparation with research, drafting and client consultations.
McClure’s background includes extralegal leadership experience as an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. That credential is often mentioned by peers and clients as an indicator of long-standing involvement in organized activities and community service. It also surfaces in descriptions of his approach to casework: orderly, methodical and attentive to detail.
At the University of Denver he studied international business. That coursework gave him early exposure to cross-border trade concepts, corporate structures and commercial planning. At Brooklyn Law School he added coursework common to business and transactional law as well as core doctrines of litigation. Colleagues say that combination allows him to translate business problems into legal strategies without losing sight of practical constraints.
His practice to date has occurred through McClure Law Group. The firm appears in public records as his current office. He is a current member of the State Bar of Texas, an affiliation that governs his professional responsibilities and continuing legal education obligations. Publicly available information indicates he has concentrated his professional activities in Texas since joining the firm.
McClure is still in the early years of his legal career. He has been building a book of work that includes client meetings, document drafting and negotiation. He has not been publicly identified with high-profile cases or academic appointments in available records. He continues to develop his practice and professional network within the Texas legal community.
He currently practices at McClure Law Group, focusing on serving clients and providing legal counsel in Texas.
