About Brittiny Belmonte

Brittiny Belmonte Razzano began her professional journey in finance. She earned a B.S. in Finance from Bentley College, then added graduate training in business with an MBA from Union Graduate College, which is now known as Clarkson University. She completed her legal education at Albany Law School.

Her mix of business and legal education shaped an early career that moved between operational roles and counsel work. After law school she became admitted to practice in New York and took positions that drew on both her financial training and legal credentials. In 2016 she held the title of Program Director at Health Management Systems, Inc., where she managed program operations and coordinated between clinical, administrative, and compliance teams.

That stint in health management gave her practical experience running programs and overseeing regulatory obligations. It also sharpened her attention to detail when policies and finances intersect. Colleagues from that period describe someone who could translate technical requirements into everyday procedures without losing sight of bigger legal questions.

She later established Razzano Law, PLLC and serves as its principal lawyer. In that role she handles client intake, case strategy, and the business side of running a small firm. Her practice is built on the combination of a legal education and prior management experience. She oversees the firm’s operations and takes a lead role on the matters the office accepts.

Clients and peers note that Razzano moves comfortably between numbers and statutes. Her background in finance and an MBA inform how she approaches contractual and transactional issues. At the same time her time in health program administration informs how she approaches regulatory and compliance concerns for clients operating in regulated settings.

Outside the office she has maintained ties to the business community where she first trained. She draws on a practical sense of organizational management when advising clients on structuring decisions, dispute resolution, or routine regulatory obligations. She has not publicly listed judicial appointments or published legal scholarship beyond her professional work.

She is based at Razzano Law, PLLC and practices in New York. Her current practice focuses on advising and representing clients on legal matters arising in New York state, combining business and legal perspectives.
