About Brittany Allysse
Brittany Allysse Holcombe earned her law degree from Belmont University College of Law, completing the J.D. program in 2019 after beginning her studies in 2016. She graduated from Baylor University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and management. The combination of a business undergraduate degree and a law degree gave her an early grounding in practical problem solving and client communication.
She entered practice soon after law school. Her first reported position was as an associate at Bowen Law Office in 2020. The following year she joined Hunt Law Office, PLLC as an associate. Those early years in smaller firms exposed her to a range of family law matters and court work, and taught her the procedural and interpersonal skills that shape day-to-day practice.
Holcombe’s professional affiliations reflect areas of ongoing interest. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section and the Family Bar of Fort Bend. She also belongs to the Katy Bar Association, Fort Bend County Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association. In the years since 2020 she has been involved with the Houston Young Lawyers Association and the Houston Northwest Bar Association, and she held membership in Women of Law during 2019–2020. Outside the bar groups she serves on the board of Hamilton At Your Service and participates in Night Court — Lawyers Entertaining for Charity, a community-oriented effort that began for her in 2023.
Those memberships mirror the work she does in practice. Courtroom appearances, negotiated settlements and client counseling form a steady part of her caseload. She has handled contested matters and directed clients through the procedural steps that family law often requires. Colleagues and clients describe her as methodical in preparing filings and attentive during conferences and hearings.
Hunt Law Office, PLLC maintains multiple offices in the Houston region. Holcombe has worked out of the firm’s Katy office and has been associated with its Cypress, League City and Sugar Land locations. That multi-office structure lets her address matters across several communities in the region and attend hearings in nearby county courts.
She continues to practice in Texas, maintaining active involvement in local bar organizations and community boards. She currently practices family law at Hunt Law Office, PLLC, handling matters across the firm’s Katy, Cypress, League City and Sugar Land offices.
