About Brian P.

Brian P. Gabriel built a legal foundation at the University of South Florida, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in 1986. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1990 from Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. Those years established the classroom training that preceded his work in Palm Beach County and a long run in criminal defense work across Florida.

He entered the professional ranks in 1989, serving as an Assistant State Lawyer in Palm Beach County and working with the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. In 1991 he joined the Law Office of Spinger & Springer as an associate, taking on trial preparation and courtroom assignments that sharpened his litigation skills. By 1994 he was practicing as a criminal defense and DUI lawyer at the Law Office of Gabriel & Gabriel, where he has remained active for decades.

Gabriel has spent most of his career on the defense side of criminal matters. He handles DUI cases and a range of criminal charges. His courtroom experience comes from years of representing clients at arraignment, during pretrial motions and at jury trials. He is licensed to practice in Florida and is a familiar presence in county courts around the region.

Professional membership has been a steady thread in his career. He belongs to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He also holds memberships in the American Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, the National Advocacy of DUI Defense and the National Trial Lawyers Association. Those group affiliations keep him connected to peer developments and changing case law.

Colleagues describe Gabriel as a pragmatic litigator who approaches cases with a focus on courtroom readiness and client counseling. He balances casework between negotiations with prosecutors and trial strategy. Over the years he has handled a steady docket of DUI and other criminal matters in Florida courts.

Today he practices at the Law Office of Gabriel & Gabriel LLC, where his work centers on criminal defense and DUI representation for clients across Florida.
