About Brian
Brian Mack built his path to private practice through steady steps and a brief stretch in firm life before founding his own office. He earned a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2015 and is admitted to practice in Virginia. He has been active in the state's legal community since entering practice.
Fresh out of law school he joined The Shaheen Firm, P.C. as an associate lawyer in 2016. That early period provided courtroom exposure and everyday client work. He worked on litigation and client counseling, learning the rhythms of case preparation and court procedure in Virginia’s trial courts.
In 2019 he established The Mack Law Office, P.C. and serves as president. Running a small firm has required him to combine casework with administrative responsibilities. He oversees case selection, client intake, file management and the practical details that keep a law office functioning. Colleagues describe him as methodical and attentive to procedural detail.
Mack holds a CRESPA Certification from the Virginia State Bar. The credential complements his practice and informs how he advises clients on particular regulatory and transactional matters. He maintains membership in professional circles relevant to state practice and keeps current with changes in state rules and procedures.
His career reflects a shift from associate-level practice to firm leadership. The transition meant trading the narrower role of an associate for broader duties as an owner and manager. He has continued to appear in Virginia courts while developing the business side of his practice.
Clients and peers see him as steady and pragmatic. He tends to favor clear explanations over legal jargon and aims to set realistic expectations about process and timing. That practical approach shapes his interactions in conferences, negotiations and courtroom appearances.
He continues to operate The Mack Law Office, P.C., where he manages cases for clients in Virginia. He currently focuses his practice on matters arising under Virginia law and on issues related to his CRESPA certification.
