Brian Herrington is a partner at Chhabra Gibbs & Herrington PLLC, a national mass tort and class action firm based in Jackson, Mississippi. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, focusing on personal injury, consumer law, products liability, and antitrust law. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi and Tennessee. Herrington earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from Mississippi College in 1991. He studied abroad at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany, during the 1990-1991 academic year. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1995, where he clerked for the university's General Counsel. He was also appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in Orr, et al.

Additionally, he was Lead Counsel in the first post-recall trial involving over-the-counter products containing phenylpropanolamine (PPA). In 2020, Herrington partnered with Chhabra & Gibbs, P.A. to form Chhabra Gibbs & Herrington PLLC, focusing on mass torts and class actions. The firm has recovered over a billion dollars for clients, holding companies accountable for wrongs committed against individuals, families, and small businesses. Herrington is a member of the Mississippi Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and Public Justice.
