About Brian F.
Brian F. LaBovick built his legal foundation at the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 1990 after completing undergraduate studies at Miami University of Ohio in 1987. He combined study of philosophy and interdisciplinary subjects in college, then moved into law school at a time when litigation practice in Florida was evolving rapidly.
After graduating in 1990, LaBovick entered private practice in Florida. Over time he took on increased responsibility and leadership roles. He now serves as managing partner of LaBovick Law Group. That position places him at the center of firm strategy, case management and courtroom preparation.
LaBovick’s professional memberships trace a clear through-line. He holds membership in the Florida Bar Association and participates in local bar groups, including the North Palm Beach County Bar Association. He also serves as a director of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, a role that involves governance and engagement on issues affecting the county’s legal community. On the national level, he is a member of the National Belli Society and maintains ties to the American Association of Justice through its M Club. He is also a member of the Florida Justice Association.
Those affiliations reflect ongoing involvement in trial and civil justice circles. They supply networking opportunities and continuing legal education that many attorneys draw on as they prepare for trials, hearings and complex negotiations. LaBovick’s fellow practitioners have access to him through local and state bar functions, and he has taken on responsibilities that go beyond individual casework.
As managing partner, LaBovick oversees the daily operations of LaBovick Law Group and guides the firm’s litigation approach. He works with colleagues on case strategy and client communications. Colleagues describe him as someone who prefers direct explanation of legal issues and practical planning for courtroom work.
He remains licensed to practice in Florida and is active in bar and trial organizations. He practices law in Florida as managing partner of LaBovick Law Group, where his current practice concentrates on trial and civil litigation.
