About Brian
Brian DiPietro earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 1981. He completed his legal studies at a time when the profession was changing fast. The degree set the stage for a long career in private practice.
After law school, DiPietro established himself in Arizona. He is licensed to practice in that state and has spent his professional life working there. Over the years he moved from associate roles into solo and small-firm practice, taking on responsibilities that included client counseling, case management and courtroom appearances.
He founded Brian DiPietro Law, PLLC, where he serves as principal and manages the firm’s operations. His role combines casework with the day-to-day decisions of running a legal practice. He has overseen files from intake through resolution, handled negotiations, and managed litigation in state courts.
Colleagues describe his style as practical and direct. He tends to prioritize clear communication with clients and aims to explain options in plain terms. In court he relies on preparation and attention to procedural detail. Outside the courtroom he has worked on settlements and transactional matters, often balancing legal analysis with pragmatic problem-solving.
DiPietro has kept his practice deliberately local. He understands Arizona’s courts and the professional community there. That local grounding informs how he evaluates cases and advises clients. He currently practices at Brian DiPietro Law, PLLC, where he handles a range of matters for individuals and businesses.
