About Charity

Charity Clark began her legal path in Arizona and has worked steadily within its court system since earning her law degree. She completed a Juris Doctor at Phoenix School of Law in 2012 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Arizona State University in 2006. Those credentials set the stage for a career that moved quickly from clerkship to running her own practice.

Her first professional entry into the field came as a law clerk at Marc J. Victor, P.C. in 2009. That role exposed her to the day-to-day mechanics of legal practice and the demands of client representation. She returned to Marc J. Victor, P.C. as an associate in 2012, the same year she finished law school. The associate role deepened her practical experience and gave her responsibility for casework and client matters.

In 2014 she launched Charity Clark Law. Opening a solo practice allowed her to take primary responsibility for client intake, case strategy and courtroom appearances. Running a small firm also required managing the administrative and business aspects of legal work. Those dual responsibilities shaped the way she approaches cases: practical, procedural and attentive to the needs of clients.

Clark maintains professional connections in the Arizona legal community. She is a member of Arizona Lawyers for Criminal Justice, a statewide organization for attorneys involved in criminal law. That membership keeps her engaged with colleagues who handle criminal matters and offers regular opportunities for education and professional dialogue.

Over the years her work has traced a steady arc from supporting roles to leading client representation. Early experience at a private firm gave her courtroom exposure and case preparation practice. Her current practice reflects those years of hands-on work. She represents clients in matters brought in Arizona courts and handles the responsibilities that come with managing her own office.

She is licensed to practice in Arizona and has built a local practice that emphasizes direct client contact and responsive case management. Her office, Charity Clark Law, serves clients in the state. She currently practices law in Arizona through Charity Clark Law, handling legal matters throughout the state.
