About Brian

Brian DeHem brings a mix of legal training and business education to his practice. He studied business as an undergraduate and returned to Indiana to earn his law degree. The combination shapes how he approaches problems and clients.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Bloomington. Those two degrees inform different parts of his work: the business side of running a firm and the analytical side of practicing law.

DeHem is licensed to practice in Indiana and is the principal of DeHem Law, LLC. He founded the firm to create a smaller, more process-oriented practice. Over time he has focused on building systems that keep client matters moving and reduce avoidable delays.

He holds a Lean Six Sigma Certification issued by the State of Indiana. He also maintains current membership in professional associations. That training has influenced how he manages both client work and internal operations. He uses process-improvement ideas to shape case intake, document flow, and timelines. The result is a practice organized around predictable steps rather than ad hoc routines.

At DeHem Law, LLC he represents individuals and businesses and handles a range of legal matters. He combines his business background and legal training when evaluating options and advising clients. His current practice centers on applying process-improvement methods and business principles to client matters at DeHem Law, LLC.
