About Brian
Brian Davalos earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis in 2006 after beginning his undergraduate studies in 2000. He enrolled at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2009 and received his Juris Doctor in 2012. Those years shaped the foundation of his legal training and introduced him to both courtroom practice and client counseling.
After law school Davalos entered the California legal community. He is licensed to practice in California and has worked in both advisory and advocacy roles. Over time he moved into private practice and now conducts his work through Davalos Law Office PC. His practice involves direct client contact, case preparation and handling matters that require appearances in state venues when needed.
Outside his daily caseload, Davalos has been active in professional circles. He joined the board of the Asian Bar Association of Sacramento in 2019 and continues to serve in that capacity. The board role places him alongside other lawyers from the region and gives him a regular platform for outreach and collaboration on bar events and programming.
Colleagues and clients describe Davalos as methodical and plainspoken. He tends to break complex legal rules down into clear steps. That approach guides his client meetings, where he emphasizes practical options and realistic timelines. In litigation settings he prepares thoroughly and aims for straightforward presentation of facts and law.
His years of practice combine courtroom exposure and office-based client work. He spends part of his time drafting motions and agreements, and part of it preparing for hearings and trials. That balance has become a defining feature of how he organizes his workload: some days focused on written work, others on advocacy and negotiation.
Davalos has remained engaged in the Sacramento legal community through his board service and other local contacts. He continues to attend programs and contributes to discussions about access to legal services and the role of regional bar groups. He brings those connections back to his practice, where clients benefit from his understanding of local procedures and contacts.
He currently practices law at Davalos Law Office PC, handling a range of matters for clients across California.
