Brian Cunha is a seasoned personal injury attorney based in Fall River, Massachusetts. He has been practicing law for over four decades, representing clients across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Cunha is actively involved in community service. He has provided annual college scholarship awards totaling over $100,000 to deserving high school students in Fall River and East Providence.

He also donated an original Felix de Weldon Iwo Jima Memorial statue to the City of Fall River, which was dedicated in 2006 and stands overlooking the Taunton River in Bicentennial Park.
