Brett Anderson is a founding partner at Anderson & Rogers, a law firm based in Lehi, Utah. He has been practicing law in Utah for over 28 years, focusing on personal injury, criminal defense, DUI & DWI, family law, divorce, and juvenile law. The firm is located at 170 S. Interstate Plaza Dr., Suite 200, Lehi, UT 84043. Raised in Utah County, Mr. Anderson earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Utah in 1994.
He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Willamette University College of Law, graduating in 1998. After law school, he returned to Utah to begin his legal career. Throughout his career, Mr. Anderson has represented clients in various legal matters, including personal injury, criminal defense, divorce, business, insurance, and real estate cases. His clients range from individuals to businesses, insurance companies, and even other attorneys. Many of his clients have been referred by former clients who were satisfied with his handling of their cases.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Anderson has served as an adjunct professor of Criminal Law and Procedure at the Utah Career College. He has also been a prosecutor for the cities of American Fork, Lehi, Cedar Hills, and Riverton, handling numerous cases in Utah's courts, including the Utah Court of Appeals. Notably, he won a complex insurance case against a large insurance company and prevailed in a high-profile criminal case against a Utah County city. Mr. Anderson is a member of the Utah Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice.
The Utah State Bar. He is fluent in Japanese and enjoys fly fishing. He is actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America and is a fan of Utah Valley University wrestling. He values spending time with his wife and children.
