About Brent K

Brent K Kaspar built his legal foundation at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 2007. He came out of law school ready to practice and moved into private practice in California. His early years in the profession included courtroom exposure and client-side work that shaped his approach to handling disputes and transactions.

He later co-founded Kaspar & Lugay, LLP. As a founding partner he helped shape the firm's direction and its relationships with clients and opposing counsel. Establishing a firm meant wearing many hats: case intake, strategy, and the operational decisions that keep a small firm running. Those responsibilities offered him a broad perspective on running a practice and on how legal work fits into clients’ practical needs.

Kaspar maintains memberships in professional associations and participates in the wider legal community. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and methodical in preparation. He has worked on matters that require attention to detail and an ability to explain complex legal points plainly to clients. That combination of courtroom experience and direct client work has informed how he manages cases and advises people and businesses.

His career reflects a steady progression from law school graduate to firm founder. That arc shows a move from learning the ropes to making decisions that shape a small firm’s service model. He has overseen teams, handled client intake processes and contributed to the firm’s case strategies. Those management duties sit alongside legal work and client counseling in his daily routine.

Outside the office, Kaspar’s involvement in bar activities and legal networks keeps him connected to developments in California law and to peers across practice areas. He engages in professional dialogue that helps refine litigation strategies and client counseling. That engagement also supports the firm’s readiness to respond to changing legal landscapes.

Today he practices at Kaspar & Lugay, LLP in California. He runs a practice that serves clients in the state and focuses on delivering practical legal advice and representation in matters brought before the firm. He currently handles the firm’s caseload and oversees its legal work for clients in California.
